One of the best ways to show your employees they matter is to invest in their professional growth.The Schuylkill Executive Leadership was developed in 2017 as a Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce initiative that expands upon the skills needed for career advancement. Executive Leadership is tailored to meet the needs of the individual by helping with their professional development no matter what their profession.
Sponsorships are available to nonprofit Chamber members.
Program Topics: negotiation & persuasion; communicating with professionalism; accountability framework; leadership theory; communication styles for managers; and team building.
