Following brief introductory statements by Commissioner Chairman George F. Halcovage, Jr., Commissioner Frank J. Staudenmeier and Commissioner Gary J. Hess, event moderator and Schuylkill Chamber President and CEO Robert S. Carl, Jr. will pursue questions regarding the current "State of the County" and the Board of Commissioners vision for Schuylkill County moving forward.
