Job Details for Outside Sales Representatives:

• Pay Rate for Outside Sales Representative:
  • $60,000 - $90,000 a year with uncapped commission
• Schedule for Outside Sales Representative:
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hours are flexible

Job Responsibilities & Description for Outside Sales Representatives:

• Sell and Service Existing Contacts
• Develop New, Profitable Accounts
• Develop New, Profitable Accounts
• Act as a Liaison between Clients, Vendors and Internal Staff
• Prepare and deliver proposals & presentations
• Maintain consistent contact with clients
• Ensure Customer Specifications & Expectations are Met
• Follow-up on past due accounts
• Assist in preparing annual sales forecasts

Job Requirements for Outside Sales Representatives:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field (or equivalent in work experience)
• Reliable with own transportation
• 3+ yrs of prior experience in an Outside Sales Representative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Act as a Liaison between Clients, Vendors, and Internal Staff
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
