The Evans Network of Companies is a market-leading logistics partner with revenues totaling over $250 million. The Evans Network has a fleet of over 1,800 tractor trailers and 110 terminals throughout the country, providing Transportation services in the intermodal, flatbed, brokerage and van trucking markets. The Network encompasses seven divisions: All Points Transport, Century Express, Hale Intermodal Trucking, Evans Delivery Company, Land Transportation, Phoenix Transit & Logistics and West Contract Services. The Network also includes two sister companies DM Transportation and West Motor Freight of PA. DM Transportation is a full service vendor inbound management company serving the Direct Marketing and Retail industries with over 350 clients. West Motor Freight is a full service truckload carrier providing dry van, Flatbed and Brokerage services in the Eastern United States with a primary focus within the Northeast. The Evans Network provides customer-centric service in the truckload freight transportation industry and is dedicated to the safety and recognition of its network employees, agent partners and independent contractors. Evans, Sr. the company started with two trucks handling LTL freight in the local Pottsville area. The company continued to grow in the regional LTL market and gradually expand operations to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Maryland. In 1973 the company established Intermodal services to serve Steamship lines in the port of Philadelphia. This Intermodal operation now serves steamship lines and railroads in every major port on the east coast as well as a number of inland ports. In 1989 the company sold its LTL operations and continued expansion in the Intermodal and truckload markets. Our Mission - Our focus is the customer: We find that through implementation of strategic company goals, which focus on service, safety and security, we can do the best job of meeting our Customer’s requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Our corporate mission is to continue to grow as a vital force in the transportation and logistics industry, and to provide superior logistical services and support to our customers.
