Join the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce and Pennsylvania Treasury for the Workforce Development Symposium: Building Pennsylvania’s Workforce, Strategies for Turning Shortage into Opportunity.

This collaborative program will bring together employers, HR professionals, business leaders, educators, workforce development organizations, and public-sector partners to explore real-world strategies for strengthening our region’s workforce.

Attendees will hear from workforce experts and leave with practical, actionable ideas focused on expanding talent pipelines, improving recruitment and retention, understanding what today’s workforce is looking for, and developing the skills needed for long-term organizational success.
