This month’s program will focus on an important and often under-discussed topic - pelvic health and the impact of perimenopause and menopause on women’s overall well-being. Whether you are experiencing these changes yourself or simply want to be more informed, this conversation is designed to empower, educate, and support women in every stage of life. We are pleased to welcome Carolyn Dunkelberger, PT, DPT, a physical therapist at Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s in Pottsville. With over 20 years of experience, Carolyn is a trusted pelvic floor specialist dedicated to helping patients improve their quality of life through individualized care and education. A former athlete, she is passionate about lifelong health and wellness and also treats orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
