POSITION SUMMARY

Manage each project from when the schedule of the job to the completion of the job.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Review new files daily
  • Maintain ‘Waiting on Permits’ spread sheet and files in cabinet
  • Maintain ‘Waiting on Permits’ files in cabinet
  • Verify permits and send to scheduling; follow up on permits
  • Follow up with townships and make sure requirements are up to date
  • Complete one calls
  • Contact Customers when job is scheduled.
  • Notify sub crews of schedule
  • Complete Schedule Letters
  • Complete Crew packs
  • Set up required inspections
  • Contact customer for deliveries, drilling of footings and beginning of construction
  • Contact customer after job is completed for quality control, gutter installation and repair completion
  • Contact customer to set up interior work or additional work needed.
  • Follow up on QC/Gutter/Repairs.
  • Contact customer to collect final payments
  • Submit sub crew payments
  • Maintain contractor licenses
  • Maintain COI’s for sub crews
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent customer service skills via phone
  • Knowledge of permitting services and requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 HS graduate or equivalent required

POSITION DETAILS

  • First (daytime) shift hours 7:30-4:00 or 8:30-5 (M-F)
  • Must be organized and be able to prioritize and work under minimal supervision
  • Must have strong communication and documentation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer and phone for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
