As founder of PEAK Integrative Medicine, Buddy Touchinsky, DC, CFMP, and his multidisciplinary team combine Direct Primary Care, functional medicine, and chiropractic to help adults optimize performance, prevent disease, and tackle complex issues when needed. The team also provides musculoskeletal care for pain and injury—from joints and spine to movement restoration—so patients can stay active while they heal. After seeing how insurance-driven care overlooks lifestyle and root causes, Buddy built PEAK’s membership model to restore time, access, and personalization. He emphasizes a sequenced, systems-based approach—so patients see steady progress without overwhelm—backed by data, common sense, and coaching. Buddy has served Orwigsburg since 2004 through professional and local leadership.
