Pa Certified Commercial Building Inspector

Advanced Code Consultants is seeking a PA Certified Commercial Building Inspector to join our growing team serving municipalities throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to public safety, exceptional customer service, and code compliance.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform commercial building inspections in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC).
• Ensure compliance with the 2021 International Codes as adopted by the PA UCC.
• Interpret code requirements and provide guidance to contractors, property owners, and municipal officials.
• Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain required documentation.
• Represent Advanced Code Consultants with professionalism while working independently in the field.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania UCC Commercial Certifications (multiple certifications preferred).
• Knowledge of the 2021 International Codes as adopted by the Pennsylvania UCC.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex code requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits
